I must admit, I am pretty annoyed at retailers pushing Christmas on us this early. Everywhere you go, it's full on Christmas. But it's not really, it's just a tease because Christmas is still weeks and weeks away. Why are they getting us all excited for Christmas so early? Oh yes, they want us to buy stuff.
Don't get me wrong - I love Christmas so much it's ridiculous but really can't we just have a few more weeks of fall? I want to enjoy the beautiful colours, seeing everyone wear poppies...white Starbucks cups...then when Christmas season really does show up, it's that much more exciting and magical. Wishful thinking?
